Important changes to the laws governing corporations have been signed into law by President Cyril Ramaphosa. Among other things, these changes will compel large companies to disclose the salary differences between their highest- and lowest-paid employees. Andrew Woodburn, managing director of Amrop WoodburnMann, joins Motheo Khoaripe to discuss how this would strengthen corporate governance, facilitate ease of doing business, and assist in taking action against delinquent directors.
