Macca and Fiona are joined live on air by Catarina Giorgi, CEO Foundation for Alcohol Research and Education

They currently have two major campaigns very active in the media right now, and these links are direct to our campaign webpages with more information: Action on Gendered Violence and Alcohol Marketing online. The central thread woven through both of these is the alcohol industry’s influence through lobby groups which blocks meaningful policy change in these areas.

They also have a long-running project ‘Voices of Change‘ where they aim to empower and uplift the voices of people who’ve experienced alcohol harm. We do this not just through story sharing, but through upskilling people who want to advocate directly to policymakers to influence change.
