In this episode, we have a New Moon in Cancer Tarot reading with Iliana “Ana” Mirabal, a Brooklyn based performer, professional Tarot card reader, Pisces Sun, Leo Moon, and Libra Rising.
Ana shares the forecast for the energy of the New Moon on August 4th. This lunar cycle is in the sign of Leo, which rules our performance and the desire to be seen. Leo is symbolized as the Lion, which in tarot is represented by the Strength card. This card spread encourages us all to celebrate, which is a perfect mirror to this bold and loud season.
Ana reflects on the Venus retrograde in Leo that took place last summer and how we can honor the themes that may reoccur this summer. Following this New Moon, Mercury will go retrograde, Ana shares that although Mercury RX may have a bad reputation, we may find this to be an easier transit!
