The four events were held over an 8-month period, with the aim of addressing public service delivery concerns and providing a platform for citizens to voice their complaints and suggestions. Minister Hlabisa made the remarks while answering questions posed to him Democratic Alliance Member of Parliament, Frederik Badenhorst.
