It focuses on the deranged acts of serial killer Christian Magee. A man who continues to this day to fight to be released from his maximum-security psychiatric hospital.
Did you know Ontario, Canada, has been nicknamed the serial killer capital of the world? That's because, between 1959 and 1984, there were reported to be more active serial killers per capita than compared to anywhere else in the world.
