Clear Creek Distillery was founded oil 1985 by Steve McCarthy. The goal was to use the bounty that comes from the Pacific Northwest in its. production and turn it into fruit brandies, spirits and liquors that would rival their European counterparts. Steve's love of pear brandy began while traveling through Europe. He struggled to find it in the states. This led to open the 3rd craft distillery in the United States. In 2025 they will celebrate their 40th anniversary. Caitlin's determination to join the distillery couldn't be denied and she came onboard in 2010. Today the distill a plethora of wonderful fruit brandies and America's first single Malt. All of their expressions are painstakingly crafted from raw ingredients within 200 miles of the distillery.
