This is part 2 of a 3-part series with Emily McQueen. If you missed the first episode, you can go back and listen at anytime..it was #067.

Emily is currently the Vice President of Talent Enablement, Development, and Employee Experience at New Rocket. 2. Change is about unfreezing employees and getting that forward movement.

3. Communication can look like open forums, Ask me anything meetings, 1:1 touchpoints, “you matter” conversations, coffee talks, and more. Get creative.

4. Culture enables, supports, reinforces the strategy the missions, imperatives and direction.

5. Culture touchpoints are things like your website, your core values, employee value proposition, talent management practices, communication, policies, Create a culture recalibration team and bring a team together to look at all of the culture touchpoints to determine what might need to change.

6. There are 3 types of empathy, emotional empathy, cognitive empathy, and compassionate empathy.
