According to a new filing from the USVI in their on going court battle with JP Morgan, the megabank processed more than 1 billion dollars in human trafficking payments for Jeffrey Epstein in more than 20k different transactions. The USVI claims that the only reason the bank ever reported these transactions to FinCen after Epstein's death, was to cover their own behinds.
A trial date is set for October with both sides seemingly intent on colliding in Judge Rakoffs court.
