Welcome back to Manifest and Meditate! This week we're calling on our powerful guidance team for help with manifesting our goal. These are the spirit guides and angels who are here specifically to support you in all you're wanting and trying to do.
During this beautiful meditation, you will first get deeply relaxed. You will then open up to your guides and angels and commune with them through a light in your heart. Within this light, you will hold your goal or the desire you are currently wanting to manifest. You will then hand it over to them and allow them to work on it behind the scenes. They will take care of everything for you - all you have to do is trust and let go.
As you surrender your goal to the Universe, you trust that your guides and angels are already working on it for you. Let go, and feel the peace and assurance that comes from knowing the Universe has your back.
