Just how bad is it when your kids use tablets?
A new study in JAMA Pediatrics suggests that tablet use in early childhood may contribute to a cycle of behavior that is harmful when kids are just learning to regulate their emotions.
The study found tablet use at age 3 1/2 years old is associated with more expressions of anger and frustration by the age of 4 1/2 years old. And those kids were more prone to anger or frustration by the time they were 5 1/2.
