Mike Kear has posted another podcast for the Bluegrass Today Weekly Top 20 Countdown.

As usual Mike will spin IN FULL the Top 20 songs played this past week on bluegrass radio stations all over the world. This week, there are 8 brand new songs debuting and 8 songs returning to the countdown. There are two ties so that means an extra two songs in the count, and one of the songs is extra long. So the pressure is on to keep the chat to a minimum and give more time to the music. But we also have to keep in mind that the Australian copyright rules that govern this show require that the music cant take up more than a certain percentage of the total time. And Mike’s Counting down to a brand new number 1 song in bluegrass based on the airplay survey done by BluegrassToday.com last week and published last Friday night. Our new number 1 song is also debuting this week at number one.
