Born into an immigrant family with limited resources in underprivileged inner-city communities, Luis defied the odds by becoming the first in his family to graduate from college and escape the cycle of poverty.
He not only achieved success as a businessman but also prioritized family and community, inspiring others through his podcast, "The Wayfinder Show".
Luis's journey wasn't without its challenges. After building a thriving real estate investment empire in Baltimore, MD, in his 20s, he faced devastating losses during the 2008/2009 housing collapse.
With young children depending on him, Luis persevered, relocating to Colorado to rebuild and focus on his family. He pursued an MBA, honed his business skills, and founded Pioneer Group Realty in Denver, CO.
Alongside his professional triumphs, Luis discovered a passion for long-distance running, which taught him valuable lessons about success and community.
He has since become an accomplished marathon runner, earning his sixth star in the World Marathon Majors.
