The plaintiff says the defendant’s dog mauled her dog in front of her daughter, and her pet didn’t survive. The defendant insists he has no idea what the plaintiff is talking about because the plaintiff loved the work and posted the digital photos onto Facebook without his permission. The defendant is countersuing for copyright infringement.
