The life you really want to be living is sitting on the other side of your comfort zone. One of the greatest skills you can learn to change your life is how to seek discomfort, because that feeling means you are expanding outside of the life you currently have and into the life you want.

We are designed to stay the same and your daily habits continue to confirm they person you are and changing those habits can be uncomfortable. You can learn how to not only be ok with the discomfort but look forward to it - to actually be excited by it!
