Your greatest desire in life should be for Jesus and for others to find life in him before it’s too late.

Tuesday—What does it mean to “sin to death”? Is this a particular kind of sin or a refusal to repent? Is anyone ever without hope of forgiveness if their is still breath in their lungs?

Wednesday—What should you pray for most for those you love? Is that what your prayers look like? Who are people in your life whom you should be praying for salvation or returning to the Lord?

Thursday—What does it mean that “everyone who has been born of God does not keep on sinning”? (v. 18) Should you be scared that you are not a Christian just because you continue to sin?

Friday—Why doesn’t Jesus just keep us from humiliating failures and sins? Why does he pray for us to return and not to just never sin?
