From archival video I've included the audio of a CIA whistleblower summarizing so much of the reign of regime change and fomenting of violence that is the CIAs dark past from the 20th century.
This is as good of a summary as you'll easily find. About 7 minutes.
In his conservative estimate he believes at least 6 million people have died who would not have had the CIA not used American taxpayer money and American taxpayer debt to meddle in their country and their affairs to sow violence and upheaval.
I mentioned during the episode that I wasn't quite sure where this was. Since I've looked at spaces in between the closed captioning and it looks like it was recorded at American University.
