The Importance of Recognizing and Owning Your Grievances in Today's Society

Hey, it's Earnest Mann! In this episode, I’m talking about the grievances many people have today—both legitimate and not so legitimate. I’m going deep into the idiot parade, as I call it, which refers to people blaming life’s unfairness when they should be owning up to their own difficulties. These complainers often fail to recognize how their decisions, especially at work, contribute to their dissatisfaction.

Work Hard, But Don’t Get Exploited

I bring up a critical point about working hard—why do people kill themselves working for companies that don’t care about them? I reflect on how things began to decline in America after the 1970s and how corporations have progressively stripped away our dignity, leading many into a servile existence. I argue that people should unionize or take some other action, rather than expecting corporations to have their back.

The Feminization of Workplaces and Its Consequences

One thing that has exacerbated this issue is the feminization of workplaces, which began in the early 90s. I explain how we’ve become overly sensitive, making it nearly impossible to criticize poor work without causing offense. This has led to a decline in personal accountability, especially in the workplace. People used to be called out for being idiots, but that straightforward feedback is disappearing, and we’re all worse off for it.

----------------------------------------------------------------------------------

I'm a deep thinking contrarian, a very pragmatic idiocythrope. I believe that function determines desirability and legitimacy. I don't like the superficial and/or pretentious, nor the shallow. I speak the truth as best as I know it.

With friends, I desire quality over quantity. I know some very important life truths I'm just waiting for you to ask about. I have found in life, many people talk about happiness, but are unwilling to pay the price for it, because even if they’re able to pay that price, they believe they shouldn't have to, because they are entitled to it, but I understand with absolute certainty, that such beliefs are typically due to stupidity, Insanity, or some degree of both.

This is not just another YouTube channel; I'm seeking to build a community of Intelligent thinkers daring to discuss, - and say - what the hell ever really needs to be said, so please help me, as well as others, by leaving your thoughts, and hopefully.... subscribing.

I believe we really can change the current status quo of an idiotic and fucked up purposeless treadmill existence, and actually improve this world, but it requires intelligence, honesty, and BALLS, all three of which are currently in short supply, especially the balls.

Thank you for taking the time, to read this, and remember to avoid anything or anyone stupid, as much as possible, your life will be far better for it.

Please consider, that by visiting the website and supporting this show, you're supporting an actual person, not some mega corporation, that wouldn't know human compassion if it hit them over the head! I look forward to you reaching out to me, and until next Monday or Friday remember, the world may be misinformed and crazy, but YOU, don’t have to be!
