In this episode, I share my four-step system for managing a podcast in about one hour per week or less than five hours a month. I emphasize the importance of having a clear process and outline the steps involved in creating a podcast system, creating a podcast home, using automations and tools, and outsourcing tasks. By implementing these strategies, I’ve made podcasting easy and consistent, spending less time and energy on it.

Takeaways

  • Creating a clear process and system for podcasting can make it easy and consistent.
  • Having a podcast home, such as using project management tools like ClickUp, can help manage all aspects of the podcast.
  • Leveraging automations, tools, and templates can save time and streamline the podcasting process.
  • Outsourcing tasks like editing and social media management can further reduce the time and effort required for podcasting.
