Paul Vragel founded 4aBetterBusiness over 25 years ago and has deep experience leading process, technology, and cultural transformations in complex manufacturing businesses across multiple sectors (aerospace, automotive, and general industrial) both in the US and internationally.
Before founding 4aBetterBusiness, Mr. Vragel was in charge of new technology evaluation for the computer group at BP (formerly Amoco Corporation) and managed overseas ship construction for Amoco. He has a BSc from Webb Institute of Naval Architecture, and an MBA from the University of Chicago Booth School of Business. He is a Lean Sigma Blackbelt, ISO 9001 lead auditor, and has done coursework in Group Dynamics.
