My guest today is Terry Smith. Terry is the pastor of Locust Valley Chapel in Coopersburg, PA. Before serving in that role, he was the Vice President for Church Ministries for the Christian & Missionary Alliance. In this interview, Terry addresses one of the most important and practical leadership challenges: leading others through change.
Change was a constant during his time as VP, and God prepared him for that change in his previous roles as a District Superintendent and a local church pastor. He speaks humbly about his own experience and how God helped him grow through the changes he was leading others through.
