Barry O’Reilly is an international keynote speaker and entrepreneur who has co-authored the book Lean Enterprise: How High Performance Organizations Innovate At Scale. This book focuses on technology-led business innovation for large corporations. At any time, you can find him creating new products at Global 500 companies worldwide, giving keynotes at international conferences and writing for leading business publications including The Economist. After several startups, his focus shifted towards the enterprise. Among the topics today, he’ll describe how to run a lean enterprise. You’ll hear him talk about his new venture called ExecCamp. This is sort of a boot camp for CxOs to help them vet their product ideas and create teams to develop them.
