I'm a partner at Moore Ingram Johnson & Steele and I work in the commercial and construction litigation department. As a commercial and construction litigator, I handle a variety of different cases. My goal and my service to my clients, however, is to try everything that I can do to keep that client out of litigation. What I would prefer is that a client come to me or my other partners and attorneys at our office, work with them, learn how to cross their t's and dot their i's for a far less amount of attorney's fees than it would be to come to me and for actually have to file lawsuits and defend lawsuits which requires far more attorney's fees. Our firm incorporates my own personal principles in life, and that is doing for others. We provide a customer service to our client which is our top priority. Many attorneys can provide legal services. But to us here at Moore Ingram Johnson & Steele, it's the customer service that's most important. My passions are three-fold. First and foremost, it's my family and the support that my wife has provided to me for nearly 25 years at Moore Ingram Johnson & Steele. Next, it's my dedication and devotion to this law firm which I truly believe in. Finally, my community passion involves the victims of child sex trafficking. I am involved in a number of different national organizations that seek to end child sex trafficking.
