My Name is Kevin Carlock, I'm a partner here at Moore Ingram Johnson & Steele. I've been an attorney here for about 20 years. My primary practice area is Workers Compensation Defense. I represent employers and insurers in all manner of claims and mostly insurance carriers and servicing agents. I also represent some un-insured employers as well. I think one of the things that makes our firm different is our responsiveness. We really try to get back to people as quickly as possible in response to a phone call or an email. The thing I'm most passionate about is my family. We enjoy spending time together whatever we're doing, whether it's doing things in Sandy Springs or going to sporting events. My general philosophy for claim handling stems from the idea that “uncertainty is the worst thing for an employer and sure to have.” So the idea is to get claims closed as quickly as we can. We work hard to investigate our claims as quickly as possible and close them down as quickly as we can if that's what the employer wants.
