In this episode, Nadia and Jade look at the juxtaposition between the practice of tanning and skin-lightening and the research related to why people go to great efforts to change the colour of their skin. The episode features clips from the critically acclaimed documentary on the globalisation of beauty - The Illusionists - used with permission from film director Elena Rossini.
