Today’s guest is Hawaiian Steel Guitar player Mark Prucha.

It’s truly astounding how much Mark has accomplished on the steel guitar in such a short amount of time. Having only played the steel guitar for just a few short years, Mark has already been a featured artist at the 2015 Waikiki Hawaiian Steel Guitar Festival, sharing the stage with such greats as Bobby Ingano, Greg Sardinha, Jeff Au Hoy, Gary Aiko, and Mark’s teacher, Alan Akaka. He is a member of the Chicago based Hawaiian group Hoapili, and he will also be a featured artist at the upcoming Aloha International Steel Guitar Festival in Winchester, Indiana.

In this podcast we talk all things Hawaiian Steel Guitar, and Mark has Tabbed out has arrangement of the tune “Honolulu March”, which if you are interested in learning, I will have the Tab, Jam Track, and Performance available for purchase on my other site www.OnlineLessonVideos.com

For more information about Mark’s band Hoapili you can visit their website at www.MyHoapili.com

and For more information about the Aloha International Steel Guitar Festival you can visit their Facebook page, just do a search for Aloha International Steel Guitar Club

Thanks for tuning in and enjoy the show, and remember if you want to learn more about Lap Steel, Dobro, Weissenborn, and more be sure to check out my site at www.LessonsWithTroy.com
