Many people don't want to list their house while they hunt for the next for fear that it will sell before they have a new place to live. Here's how to avoid that problem.
We find that many people buying a new home don't want to put their home on the market until they've found a new home to buy. However, many of these sellers also can't afford to pay a mortgage on two houses at once.
If you have to sell your house in order to pay for the next one, you need to be careful about the process so you don't wind up without a home temporarily.

This protects you as a seller by ensuring that if you sell your house, the sale will only go through if you find a new house to buy, keeping you from winding up without a home.
