Our epic Extra Life LAN event is next weekend, and we’ve got a great cast to prepare you for all of the excitement to come. In the news, Valve announces a Dota-themed card game, Team Liquid sweeps the grand finals 3-0 to win The International, and a League of Legends pro player gets benched from his team for poor play due to indulging in “sensual pleasures”. In the quick hits, AMD’s Threadripper 1950X CPU gets reviewed, Cliff Bleszinski claims he’s not worried about the low player count of Lawbreakers, No Man’s Sky launches a massive new update for its one-year anniversary, Persona has a couple of dancing spin-offs in the works, the .Hack//G.U PS2 trilogy is being remastered for PC, and the creator of AM2R gets hired to work on Ori and the Will of the Wisps.
In an utterly hilarious viewer question segment, we recount our worst experiences with spicy food, a conundrum for a reckless ambulance, and a shocking continuation of the KBMOD screenplay. To round out the cast, we receive an incredible iTunes review about a birthday realization for KDZen.
We’ve got some good stuff on the site this week, including a first look at Fortnite from Tim, an exceptional article from Kapsar about diversity in tech, and a review of Fictorum from FakeGhostPirate. Make sure to check all of them out!
Remember that you can catch the podcast live every Sunday night at 10pm ET on twitch.tv/kbmod. If you enjoy the podcast, please leave us a review on iTunes!
