The angel came to the lowliest of citizens- shepherds, and surprised them with Heavenly goodness as they drudged away another night shift. They weren’t asked to do anything - not to conquer a city or build a tabernacle or free slaves or even to write anything down. They were told “A Messiah for all people is here.” And “...you will find Him...”. So make haste, go to Him. You will see. He will change you in ways you can never change yourself.
