On this podcast we’re so excited to have Ilana Ben-Ari with us. The founder of Twenty One Toys, Ilana was first featured on TEDx with her multi-award winning empathy toy years ago and now she is running workshops and training programs for all ages, helping leaders learn empathy. On our podcast she talks about how the circus contributed to her career and what it’s like to be an entrepreneur. She’s also talks about what I call a ‘focus group’ and what happened when she left one of her toys at a table in a teachers conference. We’re so excited to have her with us on the podcast, listen in below.
