In this episode of AKANFO NANASOM - Ancient Authentic Akan Ancestral Religion, we examine the nature and function of the Obosom (Goddess) Ta Urt in Her form as Khanit Tipa Khat - Ta Urt Who Illumines Upon the Womb, Belly and Mines of Earth. Ta Urt is a Female Obosom (Goddess) governing pregnancy and childbirth. She is a protectress of the child gestating in the womb and after birth. The womb, belly, of Ta Urt is the womb, belly, of the pregnant Afuraitkaitnit (African~Black) woman. It is also the womb, belly, of the Earth Mother. The term 'ta' is the female definite article in the language of Kamit (like 'the/thee' in english). Yet, 'ta' also means 'Earth'. The mounds of Earth contain mines wherein the internal treasure, value of Earth - mineral life - is living and gestating. Mineral life is utilized by us ritually to align our thoughts, intentions and actions with our Divine Function and thus the furthering of Nyamewaa-Nyame Nhyehyee - Divine Order in Creation.
