Professionalism still matters. I understand that our culture is gotten far less formal and I think that could be a good thing. However there are some environments where professionalism still matters and especially when a person is paying. The dirty little secret of entrepreneurship or in business is that the consumer does not have a responsibility to be professional, only the entrepreneur or business owner has the responsibility to be professional. Could the reason your business is not successful or as successful, be connected to the fact that you are not professional?
