“Today what was seen as impossible… is made possible… today all of this occurs in the same small bit of real estate, the heart.”
On this Good Friday, we pause to reflect on the boundless love of God. The heart of Jesus is broken for us, all to bring us back into Himself. We find ourselves in the middle of this contradiction, that God submits to death on a Cross, all for love of us. It is from this holy place that we are offered redemption and wholeness.
“He said, ‘It is finished,’ and bowing His head, He handed over the spirit.” John 19:30
