As the protests, gatherings and meetings continue in Sacramento after the shooting of unarmed Stephon Clark by law enforcement officers, the city and nation has had to have real conversations on how Black Americans are being policed. With calls for reform and even a complete overhaul of the law enforcement system, how real is that when such a large percentage of the nation sees nothing wrong with it? What does a conflicting autopsy report and officer's statement change? Is a conviction of the officers enough? What does a resolution look like?
