For the second podcast this Memorial Day 2009 Weekend, I share with you the Bio of Stephen Crane and read one of his poems, "Do Not Weep, Maiden, For War Is Kind", and a short essay, "The Colonel", by Carolyn Forche.
PetSmart (PETM) recently dropped sharply on what appeared to me to be good news. Owning this stock already in my trading portfolio, instead of joining the selling mob, I chose to add to my position in light of my own assessment that the news was far better than suggested by a Goldman Sachs analyst who dropped the rating on the stock while maintaining the price target. I explain my rationale and wait for trading to resume next week.
