Meet Aaron Duncan, otherwise known as Cut-A-Rug DJ - you can find out more about him by clicking through to his guest page below. He hates template emails, so I've got two solutions: 1) blog posts or private web pages replacing regular emails, and 2) web forms to replace regular questions or series of questions you are asking. So you can still write personal emails but end with calls to action that are URLs to blog posts, semi-private pages on your website, or web forms. Another idea is to replace your pricing PDF with a pricing web page so it's responsive on mobile. Special Guest: Aaron Duncan.
