In the Philippines, education in the basic stage is based on four pillars that have to do directly with the technologies of information technology and communication. That is to say that education in the Philippines has improved with the use of computers. The teachers have been training and learning to manage these computers. Some teachers have been afraid of change, but little by little they are learning to manage technology. Technology has served in the Philippines to improve teaching and learning, to improve communication and engagement, and thereby strengthen information systems by improving infrastructure.
