Today we are doing a summary with scriptures of the attributes of the Precious Holy Spirit. You will notice that the Precious Holy Spirit is called “He and not it”. Remember there are times when we receive a gift and are not quite sure how the gift works. This is why it is so important that we understand and remember who the Precious Holy Spirit is and what He will do for us. Acts 2:38 says He's a gift Who must be received. Then in Acts 2:39, Joel 2:28-29:, Acts 2:17-18 it says that the Precious Holy Spirit is called the Promise. In the last days God promised that He would pour out His Spirit on all people. He said, Your sons and daughters will prophesy, your young men will see visions, your old men will dream dreams.
