What God Wants You to Know

Ephesians 1:7-14

There is nothing you can do to make God love you more,

and nothing you can do to make Him love you less. His

love is unconditional, impartial, everlasting, infinite, and

perfect!

1. God _delights_ in you.

“The Lord your God is with you, He is mighty to save. He will take great delight in you. He will quiet you with His love, He will rejoice over you with singing” (Zeph. 3:17 NIV).

“…because of what Christ has done…we have become gifts to God and He delights in us…” (Eph. 1:11 LB).

1. God _understands_ you.

“God understands us and knows what is best for us at all times” (Eph. 1:8 LB).

“Nothing in all creation is hidden from God’s sight. Everything is uncovered and laid bare before the eyes of Him to whom we must give account” (Heb. 4:13).

• God _loves_ you unconditionally.

“In order that we who were the first to put our hope in Christ might be for the praise of His glory and you also were included in Christ when you heard the word of truth, the Gospel of your salvation” (Eph. 1:12-13 NIV).

1. God _engages_ you personally.

“When you believed you were marked in Him with a seal, the promise of the Holy Spirit who is a deposit guaranteeing our inheritance…” (Eph. 1:13b-14 NIV).

“The life I live…I live by faith in the Son of God, who loved me and gave Himself for me” (Gal. 2:20 NIV).
