Special Guest: Pr. Bryan Wolfmueller

Pastor Bryan Wolfmueller of Hope Lutheran Church in Aurora, Colorado and co-host of Table Talk Radio is our special guest. Pr. Wolfmueller explains the medieval doctrine of the three estates, and how Martin Luther's interpretation of it was the key political insight of his career. The original idea was that there were three "orders" in life: those who worked, those who prayed, and those who fought. The home, the church, and the state. To be a part of one meant you could not be a part of the others. Luther recognized that, unlike the early Church fathers and medieval theologians, the three estates actually overlap and people are a part of multiple "orders."

Ballistic Minute with Sergeant Bill

Sgt. Bill talks about trigger control in this week's Ballistic Minute. He boils three techniques, their advantages and disadvantages: the slow press or “surprise” break, prep and press, and fast full press.

Prayer of the Week

Stir up our hearts, O Lord, to make ready the way of Your only-begotten Son that by His coming we may be given to serve You with cleansed minds; through the same Jesus Christ, Your Son, our Lord, who lives and reigns with You and the Holy Spirit, one God, now and forever. Amen.

Our Closing Theme A rockin' rendition of A Mighty Fortress is Our God, performed just for Armed Lutheran Radio by Kenny Gates.
