Gestreift werden Fragen wie: Was sind Verträge - Texte oder Prozesse? Verträge übertragen Rechte. Alle Rechte, oder sind manche Rechte unveräußerlich? (Menschenrechte irgendwo?!) Entscheiden mit "smart contracts" Maschinen was Recht ist? Smart contracts in der Blockchain? Was wird aus Privatsphäre, ~autonomie, Bankgeheimnis etc.? Was ist Askemos? Das Konzept ist 350 Jahre alt und entstammt der Aufklärung. Keine Authorität "des Vertrauens" sage uns was Recht ist!
