As a 23 year veteran of Wisconsin's underground scene, The Hermit has been a staple behind the decks at many of the finest raves, clubs, warehouses, basements, and beyond. His experience as a decksmythe has no boundaries when it comes to style, or sound, being adept in the realms of House, Techno, Jungle, and Downtempo, with a heavy focus on the deeper side of each style with a goal of playing sets that move one's soul as much as their feet.
As curator of Infinite Sonic Output his website is host to over 200 original mixes, both by his own omition or from numerous genre focused mix series enlisting special hand picked guests. Dabbling in the promotional realm as well, The monthly event "Retrospect" has been running 4 years strong in Milwaukee providing a home to showcase the upper midwest's finest veteran talent. For the last 4 years, alongside Madison legend Geoff K, the two have also put forth a monthly live broadcast "Gravitate Sessions" pulling fresh selections from Jiggy Jamz Records shelves and mixing unrehearsed on the spot.
