Jazmine Valencia got her start in the music industry as an intern at the Island Def Jam Music Group. But her story starts long before then.

Growing up outside of the United States, Jazmine relocated to Florida from Paris, France to attend a Music Business program for college. Once she got her foot in the door, she never looked back.

Jazmine turned her internship opportunity into a number of full time jobs, rising all the way through the ranks to become Director of Digital Marketing at Island Def Jam.

Now running an agency of her own full time, Jazmine shares her full story with the Music Business Dreams Podcast. This interview did a lot to inspire me, and I hope it does the same for you.
