For this episode of the Avenue Red Podcast we welcome Elistratov, a keen record collector and DJ of the deeper realms who hails from Moscow, Russia. We noticed his mixes were always short but very sweet, often around 50 minutes in duration. His all-vinyl sets are compact, perfectly crafted trips through tight, intricate selections of deep house & techno futurism that is delicate, seductive and groovy in equal measure. The way he glues his sounds together so seamlessly is very inspirational and if you're not paying close attention, the mixing seems totally invisible, imperceptible. Each record is like a piece of a jigsaw puzzle... no missing pieces, no damaged edges, everything fits together perfectly and the final picture is sharp and beautiful.
