JIMMY ARIAS was the first pupil of Nick Bolletteiri to crack the top 10. At the age of 12 he was winning money in tournaments. At 16 he had turned pro. He got to #5 in the world, won the Italian Open and semi’d The US Open. Amongst his wins, he counts Boris Becker, Jose Luis Clerc, Yannick Noah and Ivan Lendl.

Currently, Jimmy broadcasts for Tennis Channel and is Head of Tennis at the IMG Academy (formerly The Bolletteiri Academy) in Bradenton Florida.

On this episode, Buffalo New York’s finest, JIMMY ARIAS breaks down the past fortnight at Wimbledon including a technical analysis of the epic final between Roger and Novak. He also offers his thoughts on the meteoric rise of Wimbledon Junior Champion (and IMG Academy student), SHINTARO MOCHIZUKI. He breaks down the pros and cons of the celebrity coach. And reveals the origin of his revolutionary signature forehand.
