I start off by talking about the storm around me following the announcement of the BBC diversity panel. I then have a lovely long chat with the one and only Katherine Ryan. We talk modern sensitivities in comedy, gender and the idea of ‘1970’s workplace day’ We close by trying to give good advice to men but possibly failing.
