Rick and Canz are still waiting for their meal in Laguita's Restaurant. To take their minds off their hunger, Canz introduces Rick to the terrifying world of sleep paralysis and Shadow People.
The pair discuss their own personal experiences of shadow people, they detail the three main types of Shadow People (Bifta-type, Lost-type and Hill House) and discuss possible causes, as well as some potential explanations for these spooky monsters. They also look into other people's Shadow People stories in new segment 'Scary Stories from Around the World'.
The duo also veer massively off-topic multiple times, debut a number of new jingles and play a song submitted to the show by early 2000's nu-metal act Papa Roach. Finally, Rick and Canz listen to some scary recordings captured on sleeping apps, allegedly of ghoulist entities, and Canz shares one of this own recordings.
