Mexico was one of the first countries to ratify the United Nations Convention on the Rights of the Child 30 years ago. As the United Nations prepares to commemorate the treaty at the General Assembly in New York this week, RadioLAND reporter Chase DiBenedetto looks at whether Mexico is living up to its commitment when it comes to migrant children making their way from Central America to the United States.
