Prof Adele Fielding takes us through many technical questions, why is ALL a disease seen predominantly in the young, why does it require years of maintenance therapy unlike AML, how is it diagnosed and graded, can ALL be considered a lymphoma in some patients, the role of the Philadelphia chromosome in an era of TKIs, and many more.
