Of the 10 National League Championship Series the St. Louis Cardinals have played in this century, the 2019 NLCS had the lowest television ratings. This coincides with a 20-year low for Cardinals ratings on FOX Sports Midwest. Bernie tries to figure out why there is growing ambivalence among the "Best Fans in Baseball."
