In this episode of Box Box Box F1 the boys discuss the 2019 Formula 1 teams and drivers, comment on the liveries of the cars and teams and run through the 2019 regulations.
The first half of the episode focuses on the 2 drivers of each team and the liveries (paint work) of each car.

and sky blue car.
In the second half of the episode discuss the regulations that are new for 2019.
